Devotees celebrating special occasions are requested to share their full name and Gotra with the Mandir Guruji, ensuring rituals are conducted with authenticity, precision, and adherence to Vedic customs.
The project also integrates social responsibility, allowing devotees to support charitable organizations in remembrance of loved ones, extending spiritual devotion into meaningful contributions toward community welfare.
The proposed development stands on a plot area of approximately 600 square meters (6,000 sq. ft.) with an FSI of 1.00, optimizing vertical space while maintaining sanctity and architectural harmony.
The total construction area is estimated at 15,000 sq. ft., including podium and service areas, carefully planned to balance religious functions, accessibility, and modern infrastructural requirements.
The overall project cost is estimated at ₹8.5 crores, including ₹3 crores for construction, ₹1 crore for overheads, and ₹4.5 crores toward land valuation and associated expenses.
